SUMMER PREP SERIES

The 4-Week June Program is a complete training system built for high school players getting ready for summer ball. Each week includes skill-focused court workouts. It’s everything you need to sharpen your game and step into the summer confident and prepared.

CUSTOM BASKETBALL TRAINING

This is your game — your training should reflect that. Our custom programs are designed specifically for your position, goals, and skill level. You’ll get personalized skill workouts and direct coaching to track your progress every step of the way. No cookie-cutter templates — just a focused plan built to get real results

STRENGTH & ENDURANCE TRAINING

This structured 16-week program is designed to help athletes build functional strength, improve stamina, and reduce injury risk. Each week is built with your goals and training schedule in mind. This program gives you a balanced mix of strength, mobility, and endurance — no guesswork.

You need talent but...

When you play against better players you will need every trick in the book. Every player learns this sooner or later (and if it's sooner, you have an advantage.) I learned playing against players older than me and guys to know that being athletic is not enough: You must be skilled. There is always someone better, stronger, faster, or jumping higher than you.

The Mission

Yes, that's me.

I got the opprotunity to play in college basketball and now that I am on the other side, I want to bring others up too. Basketball is one of those things I can never fully step away from and so I decided to create Balanced Basketball Academy to give players the reasources and knowlodge I wish my younger self had.

At Balanced Basketball Academy, the mission is to develop complete athletes — players who are skilled, strong, mentally sharp, and built to compete at every level of the game. I have seen thousands of players in my time, hotshots to college, and I believe real progress comes from more than just reps; it comes from structure, intention, and accountability.

 

Too many players get left behind because they never learn how to train with purpose or prepare for the demands of high-level basketball. That’s where BBA comes in. I spent a lot of time running into walls and trying to figure out the path to my dream.

 

These programs are designed to close the gap between talent and preparation — combining focused on-court skill work with off-court strength, endurance, and injury prevention. Whether you're fighting for minutes, chasing a college offer, or just trying to take your game seriously, we’re here to provide the tools, the knowledge, and the support to help you get there.
